Can busoporol cause skipped beats and sensation in tnroat
Bisoporol: Can busoporol cause skipped... - Atrial Fibrillati...
Bisoporol
Rather than causing them Keswickcres6, it may be doing an incomplete job of stopping them. If you have been prescribed Bisoprolol because of a heart arrhythmia this is very likely the case. While my 5mg dose daily keeps my heart beating at 45-50 bpm in general, it doesn't stop all runs of my AF, nor skipped beats and pretty unpleasant feelings like the one you describe. If it's worrying you, it's best to consult a medical professional to ask about a potential higher dose than you are taking or an additional or replacement medication which may make you more comfortable.
As above Kes it's worth talking to your medic.
What dose are you on ? I can't say I have problems with taking it and my throat - are you knocking it back 'in one' ie head tilted back and bang it down. Some recommend taking some yogurt at help it go down - makes it a little easier.
The skipped heart beats could be ectopics - still it's worth a chat with your medic. Ask for a call back from your doctor.

In some people, I have read that the throat (i.e. oesophagus) presses naturally against the heart. I would say there's a good chance of your feeling various sensations if you are one of these.
I remember when I was hooked up to a monitor in hospital that a nurse commented on the effect of my swallowing a tablet which caused a major ectopic beat to show and made me feel pretty weird.
