Hi all, I had a fast heart rate of 128 , headache as well which seems to accompany it. On my Apple Watch the heart beat was two beats close together then long line and two beats close together again, lasted a couple of hours , it started with a feeling that my heart was thudding hard against my chest. I fell asleep with it and woke up back to normal. I felt frustrated that I can’t take extra tablets to help it but I guess doctors orders. I know it’s all part of the healing so staying positive.

Sorry I can't help you with your Apple watch heart info, as I don't have one. Pleased to hear that your back in normal rhythm again now.

Long may that continue, please take life slowly for a few weeks.

Hello yes , I have slowed down a lot , I suppose it’s going to be up and down for a while. Thank you and I will take it easy.

Keep taking it easy. If you went to sleep and it went away that's a good sign.
