Chocolate would normally set off my AF. Has anyone ever tried caffeine or sugar free chocolate and does it help?

Does Caffeine Free Chocolate Help?
Some of the artificial sweeteners also have an effect on AF so take it easy with them too. I have tried neither so can’t help you with the taste.
I don't think there is such a thing as caffeine free. I used to eat a few squares of dark chocolate but had to give that up. I now eat a couple of squares of milk Pure Heavenly chocolate with no problem. Hope you find something which works for you.
Have you tried other teas maybe? Someone posted on here months ago that they tried roobios tea. No caffeine. As far as the chocolate I don't think there's any that is caffeine free except white chocolate and you'd still be dealing with the sugar. Good luck. (Not sure if I spelled roobios correctly, but if you Google it it will come up.) Take care.
I've not tried them Damon - Carob bars are available but very expensive. I found that Green & Blacks organic 85% or 70% dark chocolate is fine for me. Not so sweet and I do (try to) limit myself to a couple or three pieces.
Edit - my mistake, Carob bars are about the same price as Green & Blacks on Amazon -
Depends whether or not you are sensitive to caffeine, some are, some not but it is just as likely to be the sugar content as caffeine content is very low compared to tea or coffee.
I’ve never had a problem with 2-3 squares of 70% dark chocolate whereas tea and some coffees I have immediate increase HR.
Could always try cocoa nibs as alternative if you are concerned.
