Excellent news!! I can stop berating myself from eating two large bars of Cadbury's over the weekend!

Yes, two chocolate bars a day helps your heart. It must be right. And of course it needs to be big bars :-)

"What we found is people who eat chocolate tend to be leaner, they tend to be less obese, they tend to be physically more active "

So .... therefore .... if I eat like half a kilo a day I should be Olympic Games ready in a couple months?

Awesome! :)

On a serious note considering that for many people who want the article to say chocolate is good for you? It will and their takeaway from it will be eat more chocolate.

This really is dangerous journalism considering our obesity epidemic and to suggest that a couple of nuts in a chocolate bar makes it even healthier is crap. So eat a couple nuts - without the surrounding chocolate!
