I had my second dose of Moderna about two weeks ago and so far everything is good! I have A-Fib which I take Flecainde to control!

Still deciding about a 2nd ablation for Atrial Fibrillation.

Glad all going well for you after the vaccination. I am waiting to hear after Echo last week as to whether I am still a candidate for ablation. My last CV lasted for over a year and I should have had an ablation in that year. My initial appointment would have been April 2020 and in Jan /Feb 2020 went to a talk/course given by Specialist nurses about ablation and all other health issues involved. Unfortunately I was the only one going who was about to have an ablation as this was a new initiative and so a few people who had already had ablation were there with me and one man was there after having an ablation for flutter and said it had gone far better than the one he initially had for AF a few years before. I then had to cancel the next appointment in August as it was the first time we had managed to get down to see my sister after the death of her husband in April 2020 and we were helping her to move house. Then next appointment was Mid October but hospital and cardio unit hit with Covid so cancelled. Cardio is contacting me by telephone next Friday morning so hope the size and shape of my hear hasn't changed so much that I am no longer a candidate for ablation. Funnily enough my CV stopped working about 2 weeks before a few telephone consultations with heart nurse.

Which catheter ablation are you having Atrial Flutter or A-fib??My ablation for flutter was good but my holt monitor showed A-fib. I will see my Cardiologist in August, we will decide whether I should have a second ablation or continue with medication

Afib but now not having ablation after recent ECG. Having to go for a second opinion.

I also had my second Moderna jab yesterday, and like my 1st, no issues whatsoever.
