7 Days Post Ablation

I am now 7 days post ablation and today was the worst for palpitations for me. Not to mention my heart rate fluctuating. I wasn’t very active today either. I know it’s normal to have them but it is also hard on my spirit too. Am praying that they will go away over time. Sorry, just needed to get it out. Thanks.

It is really soon after the ablation, but I know all tooo well the “ did it work? Did it fail? “ fears that you are describingI am 6 months following my second ablation and 9 months after my first which was not a success. The palpitations/ ectopic beats plagued me for several weeks but for me grow fewer and fewer and less noticeable.

You have huge reasons to be optimistic for success so keep relaxing and taking it easy

Thank you Tracy. I am in the US so i have been emailing my arrhythmia nurse. This group helps me through. Just had a rough day. Love all the input and encouragement here.
