Have just seen a report on BBC News about a trial being done to use Apixaban or Atorvastatin in the treatment of Long Covid (which can lead to death in 12% of patients who were admitted to hospital with Long Covid and then discharged) see this link for full details cam.ac.uk/research/news/cam... I have long thought about what protection my apixiban would give me if I had caught COVID 19 . As this virus creates blood clots. I am not surprised at the use of them in trials. .... I am am sure that we have all had this thought. Interesting...
