However it's still 'no reply' and I can't post on it.
Just to say there's nothing to it. I didn't even know the nurse had injected me. Heart rate fine and no bad effects at all. I haven't had any ill effects and heart normal rate.
I do feel a little tired but that's it. An early night and a read of my book awaits.
Nothing to it (for me) and I'll be delighted when I can have the 2nd one. I hope to be able to start travelling again soon after.

Sure Baz. That's how I feel. Still it's worth it and will soon pass. I'm really pleased to have had the first jab and look forward to a good nights sleep tonight
Hi Paul, did you just have the jab today & which vaccine did you have?I had the Pfizer yesterday afternoon & I too didn’t feel a thing. Feeling quite exhausted now though & a bit achy. Heart is a bit jumpy so praying that it won’t progress to anything 🙏🏻🤞🏻
Hi , I’m glad all went well, the staff and volunteers are doing a marvellous job arnt they. I had mine (Pfizer) on the 2 nd Feb, bit of arm ache the next day and 24 hours of feeling tired - next day absolutely fine - I feel very grateful to know that almost 3 weeks in and my body is now building up its immunity to this dreadful virus - like you I can’t wait for jab No. 2 - Stay safe and well, wer’e nearly there 😊
Agreed. Had mine yesterday - tender arm but that’s it. My HR has nicely settled down this last 4 weeks since I “paused” my running but that’s for another thread. Vaccination hasn’t affected HR thank goodness.
Thanks for posting your experience, hope all is good. May I ask when was your last AF episode prior to the jab; I am a bit nervous as only had 2 episodes in 7 years and don't want 'to wake the baby'.
Just a slight hiccup a week or so back due to a gum infection. All ok at moment though.
I have my PIP ready if needed but all is fine this morning - no problems so far. Personally I would go for it and take the bull by the horns. It is entirely your choice of course and I respect whatever decision you make.
