Hello Niamh, personally I’m not aware of any links between AF and Essential Tremor but I believe there are links between ET and Parkinson’s and HealthUnlock does have a forum known as Parkinson’s Movement which is almost a large as this one.......hope that’s helpful.

My neighbour was diagnosed with this a couple of years ago and thankfully with medication seems to be fine now and carries on knitting and crocheting like a mad thing - maybe doing things like this with your hands helps? I hope you find a forum that can help you.

Could it be a side effect from meds? I have a tremor from Flecainide.
