Second episode of AF since Christmas. First for 9 months. Have tried extra Flecainide, deep breathing, cursing the heavens!!!

How long does it normally take before you go into rhythm.

Been so long I’ve forgotten. Boxing Day it took a couple of hours.

Before my ablation it could sometimes take more than 12 hours and that was after taking the max permitted dose of 300mg. Hopefully you will soon hear from your nurse.

Had my original call out because after months pottering along with hr of 50-60 was going down to low 40s again. Still at it.

This may sound crazy, but two things help me: first is listening to binaural beats for heart rhythms on YouTube (Good Vibes has the best) and second drinking hawthorne berry tea and eating strawberries, cherries, red grapes, red bell pepper and absolutely ZERO caffeine.

Also, I underwent a heart ablation and combined with the above plus my meds, I have been AF free three years now. Call your doctor.

My EP signed me off. Next time I had a heart problem rang Dr he referred me to hospital. Had my arrhythmia nurse not seen it I would have gone to beginning of loop again.

May I ask who put you on to Hawthorne tea? Do you think that is a key supplement and why? I appreciate it has been recommended before but have always been wary to start because I don't know enough.

Pleased to see you back in NSR, it's exhausting. When I go into fast afib it often lasts for 24 hours! I was on flecainide but found it caused more episodes, now I am on sotalol things seem to have settled a little. I still go into afib bug it's so slow I don't feel it much. Pretty much each day though so going for the ablation

I used to have two days in AF one off for months. Then Flecainide stopped it for 9 months. Noticed about Christmas hr getting very low and AF started up again. Spoke to arrhythmia nurse this morning and she says try stopping Nebivolol and she will ring next week. 🤞
