Can anyone advise please if they have

Experience in Cardio Ablation which was successful at Royal Brompton on 9th November .

16 Days have passed now in Blanking

Period B/P OK @ around 125/ 65 ish.

But Pulse hops in and out various between

48/ 132 is this to be expected.

Thank You

John

Yes of course. Please read the fact sheet heartrhythmalliance.org/res... It will take many weeks/months yet before you know how successful it has been. I did think RBHT were giving out the fact sheets which I gave to them so dissapointed if they didn't .

Just because you don't have a giant zip up your front doesn't mean your heart has not been seriously assaulted and it will rebel for a while yet.

Totally normal had mine last year with similar changes, lasted few months. It's a long slow recovery, took 12 months for me to feel full benefit and heart to settle. As Bob states, no zipper, but it's a big operation on your heart and recovery takes time, and patience. Slow steps and don't overdo it even if you feel OK, relax and ease back into life.

Hi John good to hear it went well. Had mine week ago and get the occasional heart race and headaches etc. All normal and just got my head around the idea that it’s going to take time for my heart to fully recover . Give it time and everything will settle down. Hence why most of the time you have to stay on meds for few months after . Take care and take it slowly, James

Thanks James and all of you it’s good to besupported by one another.

Basically you all sing from the same Hymn

Sheet this being endorsed yesterday by

clinic Technicians ( Lady’s close to my Dr.

Markedies. At Royal Brompton.

They confirm what you say .

Normal to have a Pulse that alternates

Between 50-136 from times without reason.

So thanks hopefully these will perhaps

recede as I move further into the Blanking

period

Cheers

John
