Little Update!

Hi everyone,

Post Ablation update....

I’m 3 weeks and a bit out now. I’m feeling very good. Legs finally stopped hurting. They did take some time for sure. I’ve had 4 migraine Auras, the last one 2 days ago. No headaches though.

I’ve been walking a bit each day now... probably time to step it up a bit I think. Gotta get rid of my lockdown weight!

I’m signed off work till the 27th Nov so will go back to work the following Monday. It’s work from home still so nothing strenuous.

No ectopics, no flutters, no palpitations.... in NSR.

All good here. Thanks for all your support prior to the Ablation and after! ❤️❤️

Really good to hear that. Don't rush please. As granny used to say "you are a long time dead. "

Thank you for asking - I have been back at work full time since last Wednesday and doing all the regular household stuff and gentle dog walks. The odd ectopic when pushing myself too hard or tired. Making sure I rest and trying not to worry or panic when it happens! It will be interesting to see how we both get on 😘

Let’s hope we both stay in rhythm ❤️ It is nervy isn’t it, feeling for an ectopic?!!

Yes indeed - I think it’s easy to become over focused on it. Let’s keep calm & carry on 😂Do let me know how things go for you over the next few months x

Nice and easy does it, give your scars time to gently heal and pick up your fitness by gentle walking in the flowing sunshine that surrounds us all...
