Notifications......

The little bell at the top of the page telling me I have notifications isn’t working but I still get emails if anyone replies to a post......is it just me??

Thanks for mentioning that! I just checked, and my notifications "bell" isn't working either - it is not displaying replies and likes on posts or comments of mine. Just discovered someone had replied to me 3 days ago, and I did not know. I have my email notifications turned off always, so I rely on the notifications icon here on the forum to be working. Has someone notified Health Unlocked?

Still not working. My notifications bell did not tell me that you (Flapjack) liked this comment of mine. I hope HU knows about this problem. It might be platform-wide. hard to imagine how it could just affect a single forum here.

Hi Barb, hope you are OK.....at the top of this page there is “Home”, “My hub” and “Chat” followed by a bell which tells you if someone had liked or replied to your post. At the moment, it’s not working again!

My bell icon is now working for notifications! It wasn't even 2 hours ago. I don't know if it will continue to work. I have been corresponding with HU support staff about this problem. I assume others have been too.

Mine stopped again today but I’ve just had 51 notifications followed by another 21 so it’s gonna be a late night for me....😉
