Hi all, can anyone help please? I used to get an email for HealthUnlocked every day, since I went abroad last week these email links have stopped. How do I get back to receiving them?

Go to menu - normally very top right of page, tap email preferences and tick selected box.

Lucky you. I have AFA/HUL as a favourite on my desk top and always check in several times a day when I'm home so the constant stream of email advices just clutters up my already busy inbox.

It’s possibly not that and your email provider or app/program you use for email has had an update/change of spam detection algorithm. Check your junk or spam folder.
Like BobD, I don’t look at the emails but use the link healthunlocked.com/newsfeed and refresh with the green “H” or “Home” button at the top.

If problem persists and you have more than one email address. consider changing your HU email contact.
are they maybe in your spam folder?
Check your Spam box. For no reason known to man, only some computer geek who can't get his code right, my HU emails regularly land in Spam, then don't, then do, and so on.

I find that they don't come every day.

The same thing happened to me for over a year, in spite of all the right preferences being ticked. Then all of a sudden I started getting the daily email again. Hello all!
If you still can't find your emails after trying everything suggested re your personal device setup, you can always ask at support@healthunlocked.com to see if it's a HU system problem.
