Using kardia mobile to track heart rhythm and strange ekg after exercise

Hi ! So i've never been officially diagnosed with afib or any arrhythmia but my doctors suspect it because I have random episodes of very fast heart rates. (150-160 bpm) I regularly use a kardia mobile to track my heart rate and rhythm and took one today after exercising. Is this artifact or something more serious ? I'm used to kardia giving me glitchy ekgs but this one looks particularly strange. For context I'm 20 and the only medicines i'm on are metoprolol tartrate 12.5mg 2x daily and levothyroxine 25mgc. And my heart was going about 95-100 on this ekg.

Even though the middle section looks chaotic, the rhythm actually looks OK if you check the R-distances in the trace. I think you might have interference of some sort in line 3 and what could be a couple of PVC's in lines 1 and 2.

Did you try running it again to see if it did the same?

Yeah, it looked normal the second time around. I think it could've just been interference/pvcs like you said, i've just never had one this crazy looking haha

Generally speaking inverted T waves indicate ectopis beats which are a nromal funcvtion of a healthy heart.

Some of the waveforms I'm seeing in in your EKG are much like what I see in mine when I'm in a digitally noisy area. Before taking an EKG please try setting your phone to 'airplane mode'. This will shield you from spurous noise.
