How do I get off the positive well being bit here

Hi all on the Afib site,

I’m pretty sure I never ticked any box but I seem inundated with the”positive well being during Covid” part of health unlocked.....how do I stop all these posts mixing withthe afib posts??

All the messages drove me mad too Morzine. Go into the page and click on the tick top right of the page, left of Write (in blue).
