Vitamin B12

Hello Everybody, I hope you’re all managing with your AF during this awful crisis. I have had a few attacks over the last 10days. I couldn’t understand why suddenly they started so put it down to anxiety.

However, at the same time I had changed my B12 tablets for a new make as I couldn’t get onto Boots website, it was so busy. I read that they were slightly stronger but had read that you get rid of any excess naturally.

Anybody had any experience of a B12 increase causing palpitations? I actually take it due to a low level and it was suggested by my GP they I could take a supplement.

I have taken a very small amout of liquid Solgar B12 complex for years with no problems .Yes. I was also told by my thyroid 'expert' the body expels what it doesn't need .Every once in a while my GP includes the B12 test in my routine blood tests and the B12 is pretty much spot on each time.

I swear by my Vitamin B12 oral spray, I have used one by Your Health Solutions via ebay for the past three years and I have had no problems at all.
