My BP is mostly very good (115/70 is typical. My heart rate is usually in the low 69's controlled by a pacemaker. For months I have discovered that my heart rate becomes a little erratic (80-100) when I go to bed. On a hunch I checked my BP last night while my heart rate was elevated and it was about 150/95. How unusual is it for heart rate and BP to rise together?

For me it is normal but we are all different.
Mine rises together when I go in to an AF episode so a bit different to yours it’s hard this AF to work out WHY... we are all different. Sorry I can’t help more, repost your question some one on here will be similar I’m sure.
