Just be careful because people are going crazy from being in lock down! Actually I've just been talking about this with the microwave and toaster while drinking coffee and we all agreed that things are getting bad. I didn't mention anything to the washing machine as she puts a different spin on everything. Certainly not to the fridge as he is acting cold and distant. In the end the iron straightened me out as she said everything will be fine, no situation is too pressing. The vacuum was very unsympathetic... told me to just suck it up, but the fan was more optimistic and hoped it would all soon blow over! The toilet looked a bit flushed when I asked its opinion and didnβt say anything but the door knob told me to get a grip.π¬ The front door said I was unhinged and so the curtains told me to ........yes, you guessed it π.....pull myself together.

Lock down craziness - know what you mean! My toaster is getting very jumpy, scared the life out of me this morning when it suddenly popped up. Tap keeps dripping, this morning I screamed at it to shut up, can't stand it going on and on anymore. The carpet is under my feet all the time - honest I've had enough of it! As for the clock, the worry has given it a nervous tick, expect I'll catch that! The front door thinks it's a jar, though I've told it not to be silly and it's certainly a door. How could I possibly go out and leave them all on their own. I'll end up nutty!
Jean
Jean, you're so mean, the carpet is feeling really needy, give her a nice vacuum to calm her. The toaster is in character, so thats good. The tap is crying π so stop screaming at it , maybe a new tap washer will keep her company. Tell the clock to take it day by day -this will shall pass... The poor door has it really bad therefore all I can suggest is stay home, and keep a really close eye on the door. This is not your average open and close case. Yours truly The nutcracker.
You are so right and I've apologised to them all. I don't know if the rug will ever forgive me though, as I'm sorry to say I took it outside yesterday and beat it! I guess I need professional help, will consider putting an add in the paper today.
Love it.! Really started my day well. I asked my bed who said sleep on it! x
Hehe. We are trying to decide where to go for Easter. The front room or the Loft...
I've been to the front room and it's lovely, has every comfort you could wish for. Went to the loft at Christmas and it was cold and miserable, wouldn't recommend going there at all. My tip is avoid it at all costs. If the weather is looking good, the back garden may be a good option. Have a lovely time wherever you choose.
Love it. X
Love it! Know the feeling, thanks for the smile!

Need a good bit of humour, thanks all
I asked the toaster but he was too browned off to answer . He got very annoyed and expired in a puff of smoke The dishwasher told me to stop swearing and keep it clean and went on strike in sympathy with the toaster. I remonstrated with her but she just sits there dripping and won't put any sort of spin on it at all . The tumble dryer said the whole thing is just a lot of hot air, to stop moaning and get out there and buy some new kit.
Even my camera said it'll be over in a flash.....and to not look on the negative side of things.
Well I had a long chat with my dog and she said the whole situation is barking . The cat looked at me with some disdain when I asked her opinion but finally conceded things were far from purrfect.
Or they might have said its all a bit of a pane.
Thank you for making me laugh, when I am feeling very low, broke my hip 10 days ago, need all the humour I can get, very witty.

Thank you sotolol for a good giggle. We need more of them these days.
In reality this "lockup" is really affecting people.
People will start to lose it so be prepared for it, especially if shopping or trying to get answers from government offices. Even the stressed out doctors are on edge , and who can blame them.
Projections here in Canada tell is this can last 18-24 months and possibly become a year round contagion .Of course not a peak levels but still alive.
Now we find out several tigers and lions have been infected. Hmm what does this mean?
Wishing everyone a good day and good health.
Teeheehee funniest one of them all
Yes you are right. Mrhermyl Peoples mental health will suffer. As for animals contacting it from humans the zoo keeper I donβt want to go there with my therapy doggy Ed.
I dunno itβs all strange and peopleβs reactions are all so different
I agree I think it will last a lot longer than they think.
Itβs ok for me Iβm old but young people with families and a life and work and commitments itβs heartbreaking.
BLESS THEM ALL.
This pandemic will leave mental scars for many. Just like post traumatic stress syndrome it will last a lifetime for millions. For example, people losing a loved one yet they can't be at the bedside or even at the cemetery .
I heard some psychologists talking about how busy they are and how this will last a generation or two.
Oh dear; these are so good, still laughing!
Cute ... when l read it to my engineer husband his response was ... βbut you have me and the cat to talk to ...β
Very funny, thanks for the laugh s ππ
I think you are ALL nuts.
Love it!!!!! Great stuff, hahahahahahahahahahahah............ to be continued
