Does anybody know if these are a legal requirement? Justs got back from todays and I'm b----y knackered. If this carries on it won't be the virus that does for me!

Daily Boris walks
'The Prime Minister says you MAY go out for a walk, cycle or run once a day'.....So that to me seems optional .Maybe do a short walk Bob and a few exercises at home ...perhaps involve Mrs Bob!
I did the Joe Wicks PE class with my kids on a few occasions and nearly died as well lol! I'm hoping for a back strain soon to get me out of doing it ha ha...
Joe Wicks 10 minute workout for seniors, on YouTube, works for me and MrG is even joining in 😲
youtu.be/EjerHGnVvRc Even OH is joining in with this young lady.
Live at 11am each morning. Gaby started doing these for her grandparents. Big following now
5 mile bike ride every day Bob for 20mins around the farm roads as I'm in the country thankfully away from people , I do feel your pain, especially my backside, it is now shaped like an anvil and I've lost 3lbs in a week , soon as this is over the better, il either end up fitter than ever, never able to wear jeans again, or saved from having anymore children . Don't know about shortage of fruit but I may have some ripe plums around May 😉
Hey Bob....we both live in a nice area....ideal for walking! Imagine if we lived in a city? Perhaps you are overdoing it....?
Keep getting your walking shoes on every day...........just take it easy!!
Hope to see you later in the year.....our April anniversary visit to Devon was obviously cancelled sadly
Love the satire Bob lol 😂
I heard you could face a large fine if you get caught not taking your daily walk 😉
Have a lovely rest xx
Hi Bob, just to say hello and wish you well especially through these very troubled times. You helped me a great deal when first diagnosed just over 12 months ago . And I will never forget your kindness.
Many things have happened since then including a 3 month fight against bed bugs! My goodness those critters follow you around. Moved from bed to sofa and so did they. Anyway now got a new bed but hanging onto the sofa - six chemical sprays later. Was big issue in my life at the time - now seems pretty insignificant. As do many other things which drove me to despair at the time.
Lots of good wishes. And to all the compassionate thoughtful people on this site.
I feel your pain and I can guarantee every osteopath will be booked up for a year when this is over.
Maybe switch to a bit of gentle gardening for a rest?
