There have been a few posts on this forum about AF and other arrhythmias starting when we bend, reach, stretch or otherwise change the pressure on our hearts. I have always had problems when I bend down - before taking Flecainide it triggered what I called AF then and since starting Flecainide it causes tachycardia and ectopics and general malaise.
I have been experimenting on how to bend without the misery and might have a solution. Before I bend I breathe in and out normally, then take a larger breath and bend as I breathe out. It sounds like a nuisance but I got used to it after a while and it seems to have stopped the heart's gymnastics when I straighten up. I hope someone finds this useful.
