I have had PAF for 10 years and manage it ok through diet, rest and exercise . I have flown a few times so I don’t think that’s a problem. However, I had a heart attack in March 2021- my own fault. I’d opted to not go on an anti coagulant, went into afib for 12 hours and thought that was ok. (It was lockdown kind of time and I was eating too much sugar🙄.) then I had a heart attack the next day. It was due to a blood clot. I had a huge range of tests and was out in 3 days. I’m fine now. My arteries are apparently ‘beautiful’- the word used by the consultant. Is there any reason why I should not fly again? I’d dearly love to go to Frankfurt Christmas market again and holiday for a few days. Any advice for me, please?

No reason I can think of. Stay well hydrated at all times, give penty of time so stress is reduced and go easy on the Gluwine.
Get good travel insurance just in case
