Over the last few hours, i have developed a wonderful constantly runny nose, that actually keeps dripping!!...

Really cross, as not had a cold for 2 years now......

I take Warfarin, so I guess the only thing I can take to alleviate my symptoms is Paracetamol?

Looks like yoga, is off the cards tomorrow!!!

If you are taking a lot of Vitamin C, then ease off for a day or two. If you are not taking any, then start now! 500mg am and pm at least. Either way the drips should have stopped by tomorrow . . .
