Arjuna?

Does anyone here use Arjuna? What benefit do you get from this ancient heart supplement? Does it make you sleepy in the daytime?

Since hawthorn extract helped me quite a bit, kind of like a mild beta blocker without the soul-crushing side effects, I thought this might also help with my afib symptoms. A few supplement manufacturers combine the two.

I've never even heard of it, but thanks for posting. I did use Hawthorn for a bit, but it did nothing for me.
