Very useful link, as with AF people often get anxiety about it, which makes their AF worse, which means they get anxious

Thanks for this. I wasn’t able to find any reference to medication, for the most disabling forms of anxiety. If there is no mention, then that seems to me arguably negligent.

Anxiety is a tricky one as we all handle it differently. I had a lot in the early AF days and the way I dealt with it was to throw everything at it including the kitchen sink i.e. read a lot especially here, saw a lot of medics and Alternative Practitioners, had a lot of tests and changed my lifestyle a lot. Now when I look back on my life, it's pre AF and post AF. For others incl my wife all that might make it worse.
