I provide this info for those needing a second. I arrived 10am Friday and left 10am Saturday. The ablation was 5% of the work done on the first ablation. My heart felt fine afterwards. It was just my groin that hurts. So far no sign of PAF. The first time my heart felt soooo delicate and I had PAF 9 days running.
So it’s worth knowing that the second ablation may be far easier than the first.

I too was fortunate my 2nd, top up, procedure was so much easier on my body than the first , my first was not too bad either compared to some stories on here. I just had a reduced bruising and discomfort from the entry point and was able to resume activity quite quickly afterwards. The secondary trigger points were identified and targeted so the EP just dealt with them.
