Hi all, well two months since ablation, I seemed to be sailing thru this....hmm silly me for such blind faith eh......saw cardio for first time Friday and he said ecogram and veg showed all heart acting good.....but he said to keep on my tablets as it was early days....yesterday I did out usual walk around morzine but it was as if I had leaded boots and more puffed than I normally feel....I think I should have gone back to car but I pushed myself around the route( it’s a nice circular walk with a cuppa half way round..perfect normally), ..by the afternoon I felt bodily horrid.....and although I felt like a beached whale I found it so hard to sleep much in the night as I fekt just bodily exhaunted.....my hearts doing leaps and jumps.....missing beats etc.....but my BP is very good and my pulse is 56 to 67, ...I guess this is my heart letting me know it’s been hurt......I’ve tended to forget that fact.....
Does anyone else feel so bodily tired you just can’t sleep, my legs get restless and I feel as if I’m just nit getting enough air into my body if that makes sense?

Still early days Sue and I think you need to listen to your body more and not try to push through. Easy to say I know especially when the sun is shining.
Thanks bob, your right, I’m doing nothing right now and will rein in myself......funny yesterday I had a voice inside saying best go back to car this isn’t good, but I didn’t listen.....I’m watching tv...Brexit!..aaargh..
Hi Morzine, I understand that feeling of not getting enough air into your body and it's horrible, had it yesterday but am fine today. As Bob has said it is still fairly early days after your ablation and weary days can still pop up.
