SVT more regular

I haven’t posted for a while but wondered if anyone else had SVT occurences after ablation for AF. I have been getting these since my ablation January 2019. They only occur about once a month but now its happened a couple this month and turned into AF after about half an hour. The SVT sits about 190 bpm. I take flecanide PIP and it usually stops it.

That's a nuisance Elsie, let's hope that it will gradually decrease over the next few months as it's still fairly early days for you. Have you spoken to your EP or GP about this?

I should have said ablation january 2018. Yes spoken to GP and EP but as long as its being managed by flecainide they seem happy enough. The last couple of days was going into SVT briefly every time I swallowed food. GP has now put me on lanzoprazole.

I was like that every time I dared move after lunch, AF would rear it's ugly head. A third ablation a few years ago stopped that, thank goodness. Hope the lanzoprazole helps.
