Hey guys just wanted to drop in an update. Had my cryoablation on Wednesday, all went well. EP said the procedure was flawless, can't say enough about the quality of my EP and care team. Now just taking it easy and sleeping a lot lol. Few runs of ectopics here and there but nothing compared to some of the runs I got pre ablation. Hoping for the best!

Chris

Hi Altius,

Good to know it all went well. You know what to do now and take it slow and easy for a while. You can expect Ectopics to pay the odd visit, but I wish you continued success in your journey and we all appreciate an update on your progress.

Best wishes

Mo

I hope you have a good result Chris, I had my Cryoablation last September and after a couple of rocky months all seems to be settled. The benefits can sometimes take months to show not weeks, so stay patient and have faith 👍

Hi Altius, this is Bonnie from the US. I also had my cryoablation done on wednesday February 13. Everything supposed to have gone as good as it could. I am just afraid of that darn AFIB coming back. Trying to be positive. Thanks for you inspiration. but of luck in everything

Long may you stay in NSR. Just take it day by day and remember recovery takes months. Don't push your body and enjoy every day you get without this sneaky bastard of a condition. I know my anxiety has gotten the better of me at times just wondering when the next attack loomed. But taking the approach of learning and loving something new every day and giving AF the cold shoulder has helped tremendously. Who knows how long I'll stay in NSR, but I'm optimistic and I'll be damned if I don't enjoy every minute! Also don't forget touch up ablations are no big deal and could very well set you right even if you do have a reccourance down the road. All the best to you Bonnie!

Thank you again, the success rate with my type of AFIB according to Boston is supposed to be very good. So again I will give it my best shot to be positive. It should all be ok in the end. Have a great day and long my you also be health as can be with no AFIB. Take care. Have an awesome day.
