I have had three ablations and after two weeks - I resumed teaching exercises - I would stress more if I couldn’t. I am five weeks post third ablation- last week I had a cardio version cuz I went into fib hopefully result of the healing. I am on the nasty drug Amiodarone- watch for my post on going to Cuba

I managed to stay in NSR from when I awoke at 6am until I went to a scheduled Valentines lunch. We had a beautiful italian Meal named Nonna's table and as we were quite a large crowd I was dishing out one of the courses to the three people at my end of the table. Just dishing out the food I became breathless and we were on for young and old and back in AF. Few people could understand that I had to get home quickly to rest. Being an active person and full of life, this did not sit very nicely with me. Has anyone else had to make a hasty departure due to your AF taking over your life. I am 4 weeks and 2 days post ablation. Do I get the gun out or do I pursue the issue and hope and pray for better things to come. Iam usually such a positive person but all this has got me miffed.
