Hi everyone, I too hope that we all have stress free easter and enjoy our time with family and friends. Lets forget about our health probs for a while and concentrate on nice things for a change and not about tabs we should be swallowing and food we should be eating. Bless you all.

Happy Easter Phyllis, Christo, happy Easter to everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful spring break - away from the symptoms and worries, as much as anything, though of course I hope everyone is doing things they really enjoy. I'm going on a chocolate making course (I know, but hey, a little of what you fancy does you good)...! Thank you all for your company and support, as well as the wise advice.

Hi there all of you lovely people,I gave started the Easter hols badly already what with chocolate,meringue and cream,but heigh ho as everyone says let's forget the horrible AF and enjoy with our friends and families.hope you are all AF free. God Bles xx
