Thank you. Fantastic Easter weekend , hope you had the same! To reduce anxiety from AF, I have found focussing more on today rather than looking ahead, writing down your top 4 best things at the end of each day and, if you have a religion, prayer have all greatly helped me - I would urge anyone feeling low to try it, no side effects!!

Thank you secondtry - I have had a nice Easter Life is more limited than I would choose, and I was sad to have to miss church on Easter Sunday, but I’m definitely thankful for the million and one good things in my life. (Including being alive!)

Thank you JaneFinn and just as I start to write this the sun has started shining after a really wet morning. Hope the sun shines for you and yours and I join with you in being grateful for all the gifts around us. Here in my little sheltered corner of Dartmoor, I'm looking out on frolicking lambs, carpets of primroses, banks of daffodils, early periwinkles, flowering currants and beds of purple, pink and white heathers. Despite feeling too unwell to go out walking, the whole scene before me fills me with intense gratitude. Beside me is a good book and OH reading contentedly on other side - what more could one ask? We both struggle with difficult health conditions but also count our blessings. Very best wishes.

And I, too - while aware of the unchosen limitations on my current life - feel overwhelmingly a sense of gratitude for the immense blessings I have.
