Ask about Tikosyn . Available in US anyway and has kept me AFib free for over a year.

You seem to be doing all the right things. Sometimes it takes multiple ablations to get a positive result. For me, my first ablation didn’t work and my second only lasted 18 months. I now take a daily Flecainide 100 mg 2x per day and metropolol combo and it has kept me regular for the last nine months with zero AFIB events or even noticeable ectopics. So, for now, I am going to hold off on a third ablation as long as the meds work well. I’m also very active and exercise daily

Even after your ablation, sometimes it may be helpful to continue to stay on a low dose regimen of meds that your body can tolerate. Eventually, you may want to start a light to moderate exercise regimen once you are hopefully feeling better. Of course, you will need to work with your physician on all of that.

Best of luck on your next ablation.
