Podcast: A life less stressed

I was listening to another interesting podcast on my morning walk and now have another book to add to my reading list.

Dr Ron Ehrlich is a holistic dentist who speaks about stress, diet, movement, breathing, sleep, the immune system and more. Did you know that having teeth removed can change the shape of the palete and have an impact on sleep, leading to some sleep disorders? As can teeth grinding and clenching. And, doing deep breathing exercises before eating can aid digestion? Interesting stuff.
