Anyone taking NAC while on an anticoagulant or using it to replace a more orthodox anticoagulant?

The feedback on NAC for dealing with early symptoms of COPD is very impressive and evidenceis starting to emerge that it can also alleviate the symptoms of osteoarthritis. As it also acts as a blood thinner and I am on Eliquis I am worried about being ‘over thinned’.

Anyone had any experience of using NAC - in addition to or instead of their anticoagulant? I have been completely AF free for 5 months after a second ablation.

Will be seeing the consultant pharmacist for medication review in January - but thought it was worth asking here.
