I am not competent to comment on the Magnesium +B6 supplement but why don't you ask your pharmacist? (Assuming your French is up to it? Not sure if you are a native speaker/fluent in French) I know the magnesium taurate that Dr Sanjay Gupta recommends is available on Amazon and assume there is a French Amazon site. Mind you, that is expensive and I know he has also said that magnesium citrate is easily absorbed.

As for bananas … they are a good source of potassium, but not magnesium so much. At least I don't think so. Try googling 'good sources of magnesium in food' for things to eat.
