Better week this week from mood point of view. It really helped telling the other half when I was struggling last week, she's made allowances and gone the extra mile and given me space just an hour occasionally "off duty" where I can just do what I want without a shadow or a child has helped!
It's the eldest's birthday week, so we've had that to look forward to... a family get together over the weekend at other half's mums.... my folks visited yesterday.... and there are school friends round today. All in all three reasonably intense/stressful/busy days but so far managing mentally.
However - the last 2 days my heart has been very up and down. Normally when fully stable i sit around 70 bpm resting, with the odd increase on activity which is normal. Trouble is for prolonged periods of inactivity (overnight/sitting at her mums) it's been up to 100 and down to 70 every half hour or so. And I know I hadn't been exerting myself.
Today I just cannot wake up. I had a much needed lie in but couldn't settle, but now I'm up I'm nodding off sitting on the sofa! I'm sure the "party" will keep me awake later, but it's not much fun!
Does anyone else have days like this? Feels like it's going to kick off any minute!
