Hope you all keeping cool in this sweltering heat. I am going to bed with cool wet flannels draped over head and along my throat. Real sexy kitten. Lol, one has to do what is nessary to cool down. Rienij
Warm, warm: Hope you all keeping cool in... - Atrial Fibrillati...
Warm,warm
Sounds pretty sexy to me, as long as you’re not wearing flannelette pj’s as well.....🤪. We had some thunder and light rain an hour or so ago and the heatwave broke......at last!!
We had a couple of drops yesterday and earlier on. But nothing since. Temp inside with fans going 31. Flannels here we come. No sorry not pj. Rienij
It's hot here in Boston, too. Over 90 (30-plus for you Celsius folks) and humid. Gives me palpitations, especially when I try and exercise outdoors.
Exercise? Walking to the fridge for more water. Will catch up when it gets cooler. 😰😰
I like your thinking!
I would prefer a gin & tonic, if it wasn’t for all the meds I take. 🤭
I agree with you. I have had a few glasses of cold white wine and survived OK.
I did last Sunday, and I am still here. But I keep having a nose bleed so am careful, warfarine INR is up and down as it is. So flannels it is. Lol 🤕
They recently took me off Eliquis, which helps. But I am still taking 120 mg of sotalol twice a day, along with Lipitor and Lisinopril. So I have to be careful, too. But I've gotten to the point where I basically can ignore the palpitations now. They never last all that long...
Sexy is a state of mind Kitten. S E A T T L E is blistering 90 degrees Fahrenheit last few days and humid. We are not use to this and I don't like it one bit. Sleeping with BOTH fans on blast speed.
It has been 33 + here in East Anglia all week and yesterday I wake up with a stinking cold - I feel really awful, just my luck. Have not felt good all week because of the heat now I am sneezing, have a temperature and coughing. A couple of hours ago we had a short thunderstorm and an hour of rain so it has cooled down a little bit - but the inside of the house it is still 29. Even the dog has struggled this week and he is only 6 years old, keeps looking at me as if it is my fault lol Have had the ice packs on him as well.

We fitted a ceiling fan a few years ago, this year its come into its own.
Oh I envy you!!
I am the opposite, after eating I tend to melt! Don’t know why, but cardiologist actually made a note to my GP on it. He thought it was significant for some reason.
General eating, why have you any suggestions as to why it happens? And I mean my hair even gets wet.
Thanks for that, no I haven’t but will give it a try.
Lot cooler here today Had winds rain grey clouds bit of hail thunder and sun I'm itchy now due to cooling down Still warm in the night though
