Cooling off

Well I was threatening I would go in - and today we did! Definitely the best way to cool off. The coast is heaving & parking was full by 10.30. I feel great so may make this a ‘thing’ every morning whilst this weather lasts. Swim then breakfast smoothie on the beach. The water was cold getting in though.

Wishing it was me CD having just returned from a week in Cornwall where it was cooler than inland thanks to the sea....

Envious of you CD, if it's as hot as it is today tomorrow then I'm going in the sea too. Would have gone today, but did my National Trust room guiding volunteering this afternoon.
