Thanks CD. The first time I heard about this guy was from your post last week . Have since bought Four Pillar Plan and am very impressed.

Re the docs sleeping tips....i hate complete darkness and love the bedroom curtains wide open to witness dawn and hear the birds. I guess I'm just pleased to see another day !?

Whatever works for you Sandra. Being out in morning light without shades I thought interesting. He has a long pod cast on his website about sleep, it’s importance and effects of sleep deprivation - these are just tasters.

I am so impressed with this new brand of Doctor we are going great guns locally with our Lifestyle Doctors and their educational talks. One of our number with insulin dependant diabetes has managed to drop her evening dose and halve her morning dose and looks like is reversing her Type 2 diabetes which she has had for 30 years!
