Xarelto effectiveness with Factor V, Protein S &C and AFIB

Currently I have all the conditions in the title and I’m on warfin. Does anyone know how well Xarelto works if you have this combination? The Coumadin clinic wants me to go to Xarelto but my Cardiologist says not enough is known about how well it works on the factors I have so I should stay on Coumadin/warfin. Also, I travel a lot so the antidote for Xarelto May not be available in a hospital should I need it. Any help or resources is appreciated

I wouldn't worry about antidotes- someone on this site had massive haemorrhage which was dealt with in normal way- but I would be guided by your cardiologist because he is aware of your other conditions. It would only be a specialist for all those conditions who could safely advise you
