Thank you so much for all your kind reply’s to my post, it means a lot and you all have given me lots of reassurance, I feel much better just knowing that I’m not the only person that’s living in the shadow of this thing, I’m just doing all I can to to prevent another episode and if one does occur I won’t be as panicked as I was first time around. Wishing you all light, love and best wishes xx Sharon

Thank you so much
Sharon, Don't let analysis paralysis freeze you in place. We can live with AF, it's the consequences of not doing anything that could be far worse. Remember, we've all been where you are now. Best wishes.
Happy to Help. We are here if you need us.
Hello Sharon,
So pleased you are feeling better about everything.
I was your age when I took AF.I am now77yrs old and intend going on for a lot more years to come.Still Volunteering at local Hospice 2/3 days a week and always busy doing other things.
When I have an episode,I lie down, place my hands on my stomach, breath in through my nose slowly and out through my mouth slowly, blowing gently, doing this until I feel nice and calm.Saying this I always have my episodes during the night.I also sleep on 3 pillows and always on my left hand side.Since I started doing this, episodes are a lot less frequently.
Hope this helps, just don't worry ,accept it and things will be fine.
Best Wishes.
Keep in touch.
