Well done. keep it going just think how much better you will feel as the weight comes off

Feeling better is a great incentive.

Keep up the good work well done what an achievement

I know it can be done on slimming world 2 1/2 years ago I started and still go I’ve lost 3stone 10 1/2lb!! Just 3.5lb off my 4 stone award!! So just to encourage you to keep at it. When I reach target I will have lost 4 1/2 stone but that’s a little way off for now it’s slowed right down but target is in sight (I couldn’t have said that a year ago)

So on those days when it doesn’t seem likely just remember if I truly believe I will achieve! That’s a little saying I’ve come up with and write it print it and stick it on my freezer etc and everywhere I go around my home it’s a reminder to me

So keep going you will be so much better for it
