Hello All ! I am 29 years old , was diagnosed with SVT 2 years ago , in which I directly decided to do an ablation for (since doctors told me i had a 98% chance of success) well sucks for me i turned out to be from the 2% LOL. However after 6 months on med and clean living I have been doing great for the past year and a half , lots of exercise and basketball and sports (around 5 times a week) I do get minor SVT during exercise but it doesnt bother me and subsides right after i stop. However recently (This past week) i have been having random dizzy spells accompanied by chest pain (The same type that you feel during a prolonged attack) and lots of skipped beats and they keep getting WORSE by the day! Did a holter monitor , echocardiography , and a stress test and the doc says I seem completely healthy!! It is frustrating me as its affecting my quality of life , was just wondering if anyone went through the same and has some advice or if anyone is on the same boat??

You are an interesting case as you are so young, being diagnosed at 27. SVT is super ventricular tachycardia. You do not say whether you had atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation. (The distinction among the three can be quite perplexing depending which article you are consulting. The bottom line appears to be that SVT is a slower beat.)
It appears that you are not on any meds now. It would be interesting to hear from those who did not have to go on meds right after their ablation so that you can compare why you were put on meds. Did you have an episode within 48 hours of the procedure? If I were you I would take a reading of my rate and even blood pressure during the random dizzy spells and the chest pains. You might even want to take daily readings until you get the situation solved. If you have a Kardia, you can even take a reading. The more ammunition you have for doctors, the better they can diagnose you.
As you say, "this past week," you might want to consult your doctor again that the symptoms have increased.
