That looks like an ectopic or premature beat. Ectopics are usually harmless but can be unpleasant - they make me breathless.

Cardio says they are nothing to worry about

It is a premature ventricular contraction (PVC). Occasional PVCs are normal. Frequent PVCs or symptomatic ones should be investigated.

Similar to ECGs I have had - absolutely peppered with them, at varying heights/depths, some absolutely enormous. Was told they are PVCs and nothing to worry about. Feels bad in the chest, but seems that some medicines can reduce that feeling.

Hi yes I agree PVC I have them with almost every beat it feels horrible doesnt it? Along side the AFL the AF and the occasional but rare SVT... all in a days heart monitoring!! They r nothing to worry about so I’m told but jolly well makes you feel lousy!! All the best
