Ok everyone, so I finished work out today but I had a lot of ectopic beats and I am so stressed I can’t stop thinking about it. I find myself counting how many ectopics I have over a period of time. Can someone please help me ???? I find that resting at the end of the day produces more sometimes that at work during the day.

Help with stressing about it?
I am not sure there is much we can do about the ectopics themselves. Have you been back to your doctor?
Many people seem to suffer from ectopics and find them very upsetting and as disabling a AF but stressing is only going to make them worse.
Go back to your doctor and ask what can be done.
Find a strategy for helping with your stress - slow breathing techniques, Mindfulness practice, CBT, Etc.
Best wishes
There are some really good videos on U Tube by a cardiologist from York called Sanjay Gupta he explains what they happen and also how you can do things to help with them. also type in ectopic in the search bar top right there are lots of posts on there that may help.
It maybe that you are having the same ectopics throughout the day, but when resting in the evening you are able to feel them easier. It seems to be quite common for people to be more aware of their heartbeat when resting, or in bed before going to sleep
