Impression:

The patient enrolled for 30 days during which 59 total transmissions were

posted.

The initial Baseline transmission shows Sinus Bradycardia, Sinus Rhythm.

The high average heart rate seen for the monitored period was 190 BPM.

The low average heart rate seen for the monitored period was 40 BPM.

Immediate notification was made for 1 transmission: 12/19/2017 06:44 AM

EST.

40 manually-triggered recording posted with symptoms including Rapid

HR/Palp/Flutter, Dizziness/Lightheaded, chest pain, Passed out.

No pauses noted for 3 seconds or longer.

For this report ECG findings include: Second Degree AV block Type II vs

Sinus Pause, Sinus Rhythm, Sinus Bradycardia, Sinus Tachycardia,

Junctional Rhythm, Junctional escape beats.

Abnormal event monitor with multiple rhythm abnormalities consistent with

tachy brady syndrome. She had episode where she passed out and had no

rhythm abnormalities associated with this episode. She did have episodes

of atrial fibrillation, junctional rhythm with bradycardia and pauses of

about 2 seconds but no symptoms associated with these episode except once.

Most of her episodes of palpitations showed either sinus tachycardia or no

abnormalities. She did have high heart rates up to 180

I don’t know your age but you have Sick Sinus Syndrome and you need a pacemaker.
