HU doesn't work well on Android either, slow load and bugs. I suspect it is designed for PC. I just tried the site on iPhone 5S and it works, do not use app. My iPhone is on iOS 11.2.2, do iPads run different iOS because yours seems very out of date if not.

Apple do not allow an iOS update beyond 10.3.3 for iPad 4 and earlier.

I wondered if my problems with the iPad HU app are related to that.

The recent Meltdown/ Spectre issue wILL be a problem if the fixes only work with iOS 11

HU via safari OK, though reply system confusing and edit button until recently offered no protection against accidental click on adjacent delete.

Spoke to Apple today. My IPad Air is updated to 11 but my IPhone 5C is only 10 and Apple assured me that both are as up to date as they can be at the moment. I asked if therefore internet banking was safer on my Ipad and was told it was.

So no more banking app transfers for a while, and possibly never, on my somewhat elderly iPad.

Nice one Apple, could be I will have to give in and upgrade to the 2017. Will Apple do the decent think and update me? Will pigs be flying over Hull any time soon?

I used to have an iphone 3G but got fed up with it when I couldn't upgrade past IOS 6, and most of my apps stopped working. So I got a Samsung instead which works much better.

But HU I use only on my desktop where it works well. These apps have too many fancy features and not enough substance.

I use Chrome on my A5 but if I access HU via emails I have to select" open in Chrome." Have not had probs either route
