Had my follow up last week following my second ablation. Disappointed that didn’t see EP but a registrar who had not read any of my notes didn’t even realise i had had two ablations. My ecg showed a lot of ectopics but other than that no other problems next appointment in six months time. Fingers crossed this time that I will have a long af free spell ahead. Happy Christmas to everyone and a happy and healthy new year .

I know how disappointing it is not to see the person who understands your condition but it is possibly a sign that you had not had to contact them with problems so they assumed that you were doing well. Having said that, it was unforgivable not to have scanned your notes.
I hope that 2018 will be AF free for you.
