THANK TO ALL A Fibbers who have been taken time and patience to supply very useful information into this forum.

I have had AF coming and going for 7 years and now as doctors predicted it has been permanent for the last 7 months.

I have had no treatment except medication Amplodipne, bisoprolol, and apixaban.

With PAF i then discovered this site and i would like to pass on that which has been a help from here.

Water is essential to keep hydrated,Olive oil seems to prevent hair fall (table spoon in orange juice) morning/evening, magnesium seems to have brought my Bp down even to the extent that I have noticed the AF has gone off on some readings.

usual readings..Bp 130/79....Bpm...78. with PAF.

Thanks again to all fellow A Fibbers and have a happy healthy Christmas.

Thanks for the tips Harry. Afraid the olive oil one has come too late for me!

Happy Christmas to you too.
